I ordered for the first time from this warehouse a pair of shoes from Gucci, and surprisingly one of them is bigger than the other one. I thought maybe the leather needs some time to shrink or something like that because it is brand new. However, It didn't. So I had to email them a detailed email about the problem and they replied with questions I already answered in my email. I told them there's nothing wrong with my right foot. It's just your fake shoe, Can you replace it with the same size. After that email, they never answered again. It was my first order and it'll be my last one. I had to tell all my friends to stop buying expensive stuff to not face the same destiny that I faced, and I'm telling you guys to be careful. They don't care but you have to be careful with these people.

Good luck getting a reply from customer service! No one replies on the hotline, as for emails, I received an email back a week later, not even solving my issue!!! Never going to buy from these people again! I honestly don’t know how this company is still legally operating!!!

The app is very easy to use and delivery is super quick. The issue is that when several items are put in the cart, there is no way to choose or separate which items are for gifts. The app “wrongly” defaults to making all the items in the cart as one gift and placing them all in one box. There is nowhere on the app to indicate otherwise either. This is a simple issue that can be resolved quickly to make shopping on Ounass 5*
