Not a fan anymore

The ads are annoying when you’re frantically trying to make it on time to a train. Also, the train arrival times are constantly incorrect. Just use the MBTA live tracker on your internet browser- there’s no ads and the times are correct.

Odd focus on transit maps rather than real maps

Unlike Transit, you can’t save actual addresses, only ‘Places,’ a mix of set locations like towns and stations. Unclear how to access bus lines. ProximiT is a better choice

Inaccurate departure times

The app indicated a 913 and a 923 departure on the outbound orange line from state - neither were accurate - I arrived on the platform at 910 and soonest departure is 928 - not sure what value the app has for planning purposes if it’s clearly inaccurate.

Incorrect departure times

Said there were trains running every 3 minutes and when I got to the station it was 20+ minutes until the next train. Hate the ads too.
