This App could be great, but it lacks the intuitive functionality of contemporary apps. 2N’s focus is on hardware, not on the end-user experience. They need to invest in software engineering and user acceptance testing.

If you want, like me, to be able to know who is at your door when the doorbell is rung, DO NOT BUY A 2N DEVICE! I truly regret having installed this.I needed a keypad for entry and wanted to have a video doorbell that did not raise privacy concerns. You would think given their marketing materials that this would work. HA! First and foremost, when someone rings the doorbell, you do not get aHome screen video who is there. Your phone will ring to notify you, but you then have to find the app, open the app, and then press on the call button or the Eye button to see who is there. Even when you press on these buttons, it takes a little bit of time before it connects. By the time you were done with all of this, the person is gone. Moreover, there is no system for even temporarily recording who is there from when the doorbell is rung. So by the time you haveManage to open the app and get connected to the video feed, the person is often goneAnd there is no video who was there. Save yourself the frustration and money and get a much less expensive system that will probably notify you and save a clip of people when they are at the door, as well as connect fast enough to be useful.
