I can’t even change the wifi to turn my lights off, constantly says offline right after i turned my lights off & is what’s lagging

I have two sets of LED light strips in one room both with the Wi-Fi adapter. I can’t get them to connect to the app independently. This is super frustrating because that’s why I bought two. I want to control them differently through the app but I can’t figure out how to make it work. I can only control one through the app at a time. If I could make this work I’d be very happy with this app and product.

One of the worst apps I’ve seen. I cannot pair more than one controller to the app, and once I exit the app the controller is forgotten. This app is complete garbage.

The app is missing some light functions such as Christmas of Halloween or some other nice functions like most of the other apps has. Also, once you customize the function, you can't add it to the schedules only shows the pre exists functions.

I’ve been able to add new devices. When trying to add a new wifi LED controller, it either fails to find router (literally next to it) or keeps putting the device back into setup mode. I’ve tried resetting the router, the app, the phone, the device, same behavior. It only works to connect to the device’s direct wifi to adjust the color but cannot connect it to my network.
