Crazy grading

It like they were running for a weekend fun night and graded all my coins the same grade ?? Really and they were in very high standards 68-70 .. I graded and sent many coins by using pictures of a graded coinFor comparison!! Looking at a coin that was graded a 67-70 …those had deepScratch marks and a bad brilliance to them .., looking at my coins was in top shape and A buyer‘s very top view… no scratches marks blemishes … but was graded below a picture sold by Heritage Actions for $1,000s of dollars and a grade of 67 Mine perfect (10) coins all came back after paying $235.00 for a grade of 66… Yes a rip off !!!!!!

Some improvements need to be made…

I have some slabbed coins in my collection. When I go to scan them it takes a long time to load the information, even with internet. Hopefully some improvements are made on this app.

Misses the mark

I found myself just going online to get the information that I need. Oddly enough, through EBay mostly. Seems to be an attempt at getting members to sign up, but, the app is so bland it’s not robust enough to use for anything meaningful. Also lame that you can’t validate more then 8-10 coins a day.

An app written without VoC

This app really needs some design work. It’s clunky and non-intuitive. It feels like an app written from a perspective that indicates they do not know how their customers interact with their services. It’s completely internal facing instead of customer facing. While I’m on that, the coin submission process is the same. The forms, flows, processes, etc. are clearly designed for NGC and not for the customer. It’s opaque technobabble jargon that the average user would find impenetrable. NGC needs a customer service advocate to look at all of their workflows and streamline them.
