Belote et Coinche for Android

Le jeu offre une fonction support. Ce support est sensé permettre de résoudre des problèmes rencontrés sur le jeu. Il n’a en fait jamais résolu quoi que ce soit et m’a sanctionné quand j’ai osé faire remarquer le service catastrophique fourni. A éviter absolument. Edit: la réponse du développeur ne fait que confirmer le mépris de l’entreprise pour les joueurs. Je n’ai en aucun cas perturbé le jeu, j’ai juste osé réclamer une compensation suite à un préjudice subi.

In addition to the fine Belote setup, I was astonished with the thorough and professional response I received on a couple of questions/issues I have shared. Quite unusual for this industry.

As far as game play and fairness of the winnings, this Belote / Coinche app is great. When you win, you get a fair amount that is proportionate with what you lose. It’s also easy to win tokens with all the other games and challenges on there. Also like that the ads are mostly voluntary In most cases. It would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for issues with the game. The main problem is probably their connection speed and their server response time is not adequate for the number of players. Sometimes it plays for you because it thinks you’re not there, other times it throws you out of a game, sometimes it just gets stuck. Their tech support blames it on my connection speed. I know for a fact that is inaccurate. It’s still ok to play, very annoying though.

1) The app often kicks out of the game and I lose money. 2) If I’m playing with a friend and it kicks out, then there’s no way to get in again. 3) during the game, it will often freeze and won’t allow you to bid or increase the bid. 4) the game isn’t balance well. Even if you win a lot (which is hard given that the app is buggy), eventually you will be out of green coins anyway. It’s not hard to fix all bugs and it’s not even hard to reproduce them. Just play yourself little bit and you’ll find all of them.
