App won’t even open

This app is horrible. I haven’t been able to even open the app in over a month on my phone. It just spins the loading circle image until either I get fed up or the app crashes.

ZERO STARS - App does not work!

I have had the Torrid App for a while.. and it has not been able to open for MONTHS.. it just spins.. so today i removed the app & re downloaded it.. and after some turning it finally loaded.. but guess what… EVERY SINGLE SALE that was listed was IN STORE ONLY?? Sooo I did all that - for nothing… the app is worthless and difficult to use & the advertising is an absolute deterrent to shop with Torrid.

It Won’t Open!

I was excited to have this app on my phone as I like to “window” shop. But it won’t open! I have tried repeatedly over the last month and nothing. I am uninstalling until I see that the issue has been resolved.

a lot of bugs

the main bug that’s been throwing me off from the app is the notification that pops up every few seconds saying “something went wrong, please try again.” it doesn’t matter if i’m on wifi or data, it always pops up.

Still loading even after restarting phone

Currently the app is soft locked on my phone because it won’t get off the loading screen. I really like tour the store themselves but I’ve learned to basically use the desktop website. They really might wanna invest in a QA for the app
