Charged for Unlock but not actually unlocked

I paid to unlock the full version, was charged for it, but NO UNLOCK. Tried to contact the company and no response. I enjoyed the free trial game but definetely regret trying to buy full version and would not recommend this to anyone for that reason. Hopefully I can have better luck trying to get my money back than their lack of explanation of not unlocking it for me.

The beginning was OK. I decided to continue playing it when the “unlock” to continue came across the screen. So, I decided to buy it. I bought it possibly three times now and still can’t get in. It says I have paid but I am stuck at the draw gate.
