Scam alert: beware of unwanted charges

This app asked me if I wanted to do a free 3 day trial before being charged the annual amount. I accepted the trial, but was immediately charged the annual amount. I reached out to customer support, but never received a response. Seems like an intentional scam.

Avoid App. Mark up costs. No Customer Service

The app lures in users via a free trial that if not canceled, automatically subscribes users to an annual subscription costing ~$50. I used once and must have failed to cancel the trial. Next thing I know, I was billed for the full ~$50 for an app that’s service can be found for free on several alternative scanner apps. I have contacted the company numerous times to inquire about my unintended charge and have received no response. Please avoid. There are far better alternatives.

Tricked into a year subscription

I thought there was only a 3 day free trial so I wanted to try this but I ended up getting charged for a full year and tried to use it 1 x about 10 min ago it didn’t meet my needs so I deleted it and cancellled what I thought was the 3 day free trial now I am out 50$ and mad.
