Just picked up 810 series. Works great. The app worked to update the firmware. Multi shift etc. however. I cannot change the shift mode on the app. Or Atleast it’s not applying the mode when I select s1-s2. Would like some help or manual write up on that.

The flashlight enable function is no longer available on the app? (EP8 System) What is going on? Does anyone know how to enable the flashlight function?

Confusing and bad app

Super confusing app. Paired the bike and the shifters wouldn’t change gears. Had to go to the bike store to troubleshoot. Eventually got it setup but this poorly designed app wasted a lot of my time and my mechanics.

Awful!

I “updated” latest firmware and can no longer connect to my bike. I did it to another bike, same issue. Now I have two bikes that no longer connect to the app and cannot be updated. Shimano?!?! Clearly you can fix this. Now.
