The app works great for me, at least on my end. I use the App Store on iOS Android and I had no issues signing in. Love it. Highly recommend

Doesn’t send confirmation code

Go to sign in with correct username and password, makes me request a confirmation code, neither text nor email produces a code. Can’t use the app. Almost missed my virtual appointment because of it.

It now crashes on my Mobile mini, and no bug fixes. Pathetic.

Not too bad

It is wonderful to have access to my doctor’s and information on this app. What’s frustrating is that I can never view photos sent with results.

Won’t log in to app

The username and password that works on the web browser will not allow me into the app. All options to rediscover username and password seem to fall into the abyss; it says it will email me and never does. It’s really annoying because this is how my doctor is communicating now. Also - tried contacting for tech support and they literally told me they couldn’t process my request for help. So….?
