Never do reviews especially for apps. This is a must have for medical student or even residents wanting to not look dumb when reading other specialty notes. Great review right before presenting a patient and good resources of peer reviewed literature for various conditions. It has got more expensive which I am hesitant to continue but if you have the money great resource. They also have a Q bank which people love but I can barely do UWORLD so I don’t use it much. They should add an orthopedic exam like they have for other specialties.

This is a clinical life saver! Fully recommend it for third year med students trying to synthesize information on the wards.

Easily responsible for 90% of my success on wards, shelf exams, and step exams. The library articles are phenomenal for wards thanks to their clarity, brevity, and wonderful organization — you can find exactly what you’re looking for in seconds. The USMLE STEP 1 and STEP 2 Qbanks by AMBOSS are better than UWorld both in terms of questions as well as explanations which are more clear and helpful and even link to the relevant library article should you want a deeper dive. I can’t thank AMBOSS enough for their spectacular knowledge & Qbank apps. Truly next-gen medical learning.

I put this along side up to date, but is more geared towards actual in office practice whereas uptodate is more of a ‘reference’. The way they explain pathophys and use arrows to say ‘this happens, which causes this to happen’ is so helpful. Would be lost without this
