Slow app on Android 12 pro max. Always a lag. Not smooth UI. Weird.
Free version is perfect for your TRF tracking needs. I opted for pro and had several issues, contacted support multiple times, and not once received a response. Not worth the money, no support, stick with the free version. In response to the developer comment I received, I did check spam and nothing was there either, so obviously your team missed both of my requests. For each instance, I received the generic automated response, but never a follow up with solution. At this point, since it has been over 4 months since my support request, I no longer need assistance and will not be renewing my subscription.
The app was great and out of nowhere they updated it and now everything is complicated, hidden, confusing. Before I’d end a fast and see my eating window timer instantly, now it’s just a checkmark for completing a fast and no timer and finding it is impossible. Also, the widget seems to not update with where I’m at. Before that I enjoyed seeing my fast timer and then later on my eating window timer. App was sleek, minimal, beautiful, easy to use, great GUI, great UX. Not sure who was responsible for making this iOS app feel like I’m using windows. Not a great job guys, all honesty.
if you are someone who is eating the ketogenic way, and happens to be blind, and practice is intermittent fasting, this app isn’t for you. It is terribly inaccessible, and is far too convoluted to use unless you can see graphs and lines.
Having all sorts of trouble with the upgrade and now trying to start my fast. Keep getting error message I’m not connected. I am connected to my servers
