I will say that I believe these developers did the best job that they knew how to do working with a US-based client. However their lack of understanding of US business needs their lack of support both during the development and once the product was launched has been very difficult to deal with. Currently I’ve had a request into support over 10 days without a single reply. Make sure you have a developer to work with because this team will not be If much help. Also their is no documentation provided for either user end or technical. My recommendation is do not use this dev team or product.
