Unhappy with this app

Having an awful time pulling photos from my camera roll to the app for editing. Extremely frustrating. Tried to send an email from the app for help. After writing the email Impress send its says “oops try again later “. Ugh

The application is great, except the resolution of the export is only about 1.1 MB

I’ve looked in settings and everyplace else trying to find a way to increase the size of my export, but can’t seem to find anything. It would really be nice if you could export the files in larger sizes.

Unethical business, paid for filters taken away

I’ve been using this app for around 2 years with their black and white collection. I paid for this collection of filters and was happy. Today, I went to use them and it asked me to pay for a subscription to use what I’ve already paid for. I tried to report the problem in the app and nothing would go through. I’m upset, I’m being gouged, and what I paid for isn’t working, and I can’t reach any customer service. Not only should this app refund me, this could be a legal matter. Especially if it effects others who are in this scenario.
