Just grabs your money and then doesn’t work

There is no free trial, they charge your bank account as soon as you subscribe. This app is not useful as a hearing aid. There is a very large and conspicuous delay between the sound in the room and the sound delivered to your ears. You always hears the sound twice so this aphis a failure. This company is a thief and Google is in bed with them

Subscription?

I’m just now hearing about the subscription. Not worth it. We’ve used this for a few days. Occasionally it has been a godsend. Mostly it hasn’t worked. Disconnects very often. I haven’t been able to understand what it wants me to do to get it working again. Quite frustrating. Works randomly but not reliably.

A real rip off

I bought AirPods Pro on the advice of a leading MD specializing in hearing and PSAP development. At first I could not figure out how to make them work, so I found this App. As others have noted it has unlabeled sliders that all seem to deteriorate the AirPods performance and introduce confusing latency. Then they try to get you to pay $100 a year for this crap. My solution? Delete! After figuring out the AirPods, they work great without an app. I highly recommend them.
