Doesn’t allow multiple facility information

I use 2 different medical facilities who both use this app. However the app on my phone only allows one facility’s information. In order to see anything from the 2nd facility, I have to log in via an email from them. This app needs to allow a patient to choose from a list what facilities they want to see information from!!! Create a scroll down list of medical facilities for the patient to choose from that they are affiliated with as a patient!

My portals doesn’t show up

The app doesn’t have my hospital portal on the list even though it uses my location. Besides that EVERY time I log in, I have to change my password because Never recognizes the last one I used. Very aggravating!

Not opening
