If I could give them zero stars, I would. AVOID Way.com AT ALL COSTS! Booked and prepaid our parking at JFK through Way.com for our two week vacation, get to the lot only to find out that Way.com overbooked them and they don’t have a spot for our car. By the time Way.com could find us an alternate lot (further away & with gridlock traffic trying to get there and to airport via shuttle) we would have missed our flight. We were forced into the ONLY lot we could get close to JFK so we could make our flight, at DOUBLE the cost to us. Way.CON would only refund us our prepaid reservation and not any of the additional cost incurred by us as a result of THEIR error, nor would they offer us any type of credit for future use. Caused significant amounts of unnecessary stress AND significant financial impact for us. Will NEVER use Way.com again and will absolutely share our terrible experience with everyone we know. Be warned and AVOID - so many better, more reliable parking booking options available, absolutely no reason to use one that doesn’t actually service their customers.

Perfect location right next to the theater I was going to! Staff were very helpful, price was good. It's a little tricky driving in Times Square these days, but once I got to the garage it was a perfect experience.

I feel my car is safe there. Efficient service. But, this time, a white male customer who came later than me (non-white female) got his car first. It may be because his car located near entrance/exit. Or, it may not.

Ideal location for shows and dining, Times Square is a block away. Excellent service. Reasonable pricing. All in all, refreshingly good experience. Will use it again in the future.
