Every time I complete a surgery it freezes and I have to keep shutting my game off

I have emailed customer service 4 times and have received ZERO response back. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying to make the game progress and it has completely froze up. The game is not allowing me to move forward and it's really annoying. I just want an actual person to respond to me, rather than an automatic robot. I loved this game prior to this issue which is why I was so willing to spend the money that I have. Also, should point out that you can't save your progress to an account or continue to play on a 2nd device. Once you start playing, you have to stay on that device and if you uninstall you lose ALL progress that you have made.

Was an Ok game to play, But got stuck and kept loosing a level on mobile as it wouldn’t let me stitch up the patient and kept marking it as wrong even though I was doing it the exact same way I had been all game

I like the game it’s very enjoyable to play. The only issue I have with it, is that it freezes & I’m not able to continue my story’s because I can’t collect my rewards. Please update it and fix the issues I can’t play it like this I’d hate to have to delete the game /:
