Nada funciona perdí mi dinero la app no funciona y la SIM card no la reconoce el reloj

So disappointing. This watch/app combo worked briefly, and did what we were hoping it would. The kid’s watch still works great- but it’s just a watch- no ability to connect to my devices anymore. The app stopped working and will not load, will not send email codes to verify, and will not even open for help. Total waste of money.

The watch works if you want to call your child or them call you. Messages work well also. The location is hit and miss. I wish the watch would allow them to be able to free text back.

I purchased this watch for my kid. I have several legitimate complaints: 1, The instructions print is so tiny that I have to squint my eyes so hard in order to see it to install the app. 2, After a couple of months later, I discovered that my daughter couldn't hear my voice from my calls, but I could hear her. 3, No where to find customer service 4, it has stopped functioning for over 1 year, but I still couldn't unsubscribe it, I have to go to my credit card account to deny the charges every month. I forgot to deny a few months and I couldn't dispute them anymore because they have surpassed the dispute period!! It is still charging me now. Please help stop it! 5, the location is not accurate either!

I’d be happy to subscribe and up to 5 stars if you can fix the following: 1 - get WhatsApp and Line to work 2 - be able to add family members with ease 3 - be able to change my name 4 - have true sms to the phone These features do not work so far and for an almost $100, watch they should.
