Used to work

I used to use this all the time and it worked pretty well. Now it won’t let me log in and says “need username and password” even though I entered them. Reinstalled app and it still doesn’t work.

Amazingly fast customer support

I have only just started to use this app but it seems to do all it is supposed to reasonably well. When I went to profile dialog and saw I could change my username, email, phone# but not my password I thought about writing a poor review. Instead I contact customer support and was pleasantly stunned to find I got an immediate reply with a fix. Very nice! 5 star support.
