Works ok for the most part. I think it would be a 5/5 if you could incorporate Face ID into it instead of having to input a password every time.

Glitchy

This app is so glitchy. It took 4 weeks for onboarding with the EHR vendor; they couldn’t get them to interface. Now finally in use, stops working and takes days to get it to work. I’ve used 3 other Identrust apps and not had as many problems. I wouldn’t be able to use this telemedicine; not reliable enough.
