Hey guys, reels I opted to hide in Instagram from my feed are popping up chronologically through the Preview planner. There doesn’t seem to be an option to hide all reels from feed, or keep them in the reel tab only. More specifically, the hidden reels are not synced with the Preview app so my planner is a huge mess at this point with reels I hid popping up and messing up my grid layout… Please fix this as soon as you can, as I’m certain it will affect many others!

This has been my favorite app to plan my Instagram feed for a while now, but the recent update shows all reels on your profile and they don’t stay hidden when you hide them. It’s made the app impossible to plan your feed now because the reels that aren’t even posted to my feed are showing up every time I open the app. Please fix!!

All reels are showing up as videos now, duplicating our placeholders. Idk if Instagram changed and connects to reels now and you need to recode, but we’d really like it fixed asap. I def don’t want to waste time to go back and hide all my placeholders.

I have used the app for 2 years and it was great. Now the hidden reels appear and I had 2 weeks of posts with captions and all ready to go and they just disappeared… I literally have to write them again, possibly with a different app since I’m canceling this one if I don’t see this fixed by the morning. Used to be a good app, not anymore…
