The mail function is lacking. I want to be able to reply to my mail, but it won’t let me reply to a specific piece of mail. It also won’t let me type in a player’s name, only choose from my existing friends list! I need to send stuff to my club leader, but we aren’t friends in-game due to her friends list being full.

The app is pretty solid; all the features make accessing my account easier, which is helpful! However, SSO could improve the app by having the ability to see the mails you've sent to create a mail chain going on. Another suggestion would be having the time received on mails be adjacent to users’ own timezone.

People have been complaining so much that they can’t come in the wild woods or star coins the promotions idea is good but the ones that give you star coins are for only new people please make this promotions for all players like the code 7DAYSBIRTHDAYFUN. Also if it’s appropriate the prices you put into this game no one will play this game because it’s not affordable. You say you try to make the game affordable but you haven’t for the past month and the prices are the same I’m really mad about how it’s not fair to people who can’t afford this please make this change or you will be losing ALLOT of people in you game.
