Works with EVERYTHING BUT MY IPAD 9TH GEN

I have tested this out and successfully used every other iOS device I own with this and my spider v 60 mkii, including an android tablet and my pc! For whatever reason though, my new Mobile has NEVER worked with the amp… developers, any ideas? Please? Help me fix the issue and I’ll gladly edit this review and give 5 stars! That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. HELP!

Crashes, updates fail, app unusable

Just purchased the spider v 120. Connected it, and tried to download an update it said it needed, and the update failed. Now when I log into the app, it will only let me access the “my tones” and “cloud” tabs, but not the “spider” tab which lets you see all the tones. Very disappointed.
