LG Tone & Health for Android

LG shame on you!! Fix this app, test it and rerelease it! You have my money now that I purchased the headset but the tracking features can't work because this app is defective!

I bought a brand new LG active+ headset and this app was recommended in the box. Though the headset is wonderful this app is TRASH. Won’t pair to a headset that’s already on, loses connection for no reason throughout the day, and poorly tracks activity. According to my most recent activity, I only walked 633 steps, Android health had me at 14k, this app needs work ASAP. If you have an alternate health tracker use it. Avoid the hassle of this app.

Hi , i cant connect your app with my headset

I'd be able to look past the awful excuse for English used in this app if it was at least useful, but it is plagued with poor design. The app claims no headsets were found (the one I'm currently listening to music on). No instructions were given on how to pair it with the app, but I managed to pair it after reading other reviews. The personal measurements are messed up too; when selecting height in feet/inches, the inches only range from 0-9. I'm 5'10", so my height is not an option. I went ahead and selected 5'9", and it's saying my ideal weight is 160 lbs (!!!). Besides all this, the app only tracks footsteps (and does so very poorly). The native Health app for iPhones does everything this app does and more, in a more accurate way, and does not require awkward pairing or terrible English. Do not waste your time with this app.

I have been using this app for over a month. I followed instructions explicitly and made initial connection. That is not the problem. The problem is that the app will disconnect from the headset if the two are not in proximity (which is reasonable) but not reconnect when they are again in proximity (which is unreasonable). Many times, in order to be "found" by the app, the headset must be turned off, then turned back on, followed by the connection process. Please make whatever changes are necessary for the app and the headset to make reconnection automatically without having to explore whether the connection is still there and re-work the connection process. The app has a lot of promise but is badly in need of a fix. BTW, using Android 7. 7/16/17 Are you guys EVER going to fix this app?
