This app has worked minimally for years but all of a sudden it kicked me out and won’t let me back in.

No Password Reset or support

Loved the scale & pairing with Android & Ihealth app. Unfortunately that’s all worthless when the app randomly decides to delete your password, require a new password then does not send a verification code to reset. The scale becomes a large cumbersome paperweight.

This scale is supposed to measure weight and body fat. I can get the weight but no body fat analysis. The weight is tracked to my phone but what I wanted was the body fat analysis.

No way this is accurate

This just isn’t a scale for getting any accurate reading of specific metrics. The weight is correct. That is about it. In over 4 years I have not had a single instance of a change in hydration levels and despite losing over 100lbs my fat % did not change at all.
