App will not work

This used to work great. Now the app keeps crashing. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, and rebooted my phone. It simply Will not work. And will not sync. Help please! The help link is all in Chinese

Messages

I love the watch but my messages and schedule don’t show up on the watch even though my Bluetooth is on and the notifications are turned on and I don’t know how to fix that.

Great watch for the money

Had it since Christmas and it has lived up to it’s hype. I would recommend 12-21-19 UDATE. Watch still works great, but I have issues with the heartbeat monitor continuously working. Just had an software update about 3 weeks ago and now it does not work continuously. Still a great value a year later.
