Can’t log in

New member and was told to download the app. I’ve been trying for 2 days to sign in. Receive a message saying “An unknown error occurred, please try again.” I tried on the Mobile and both my personal and work iPhones. Same error on all. I verified my login information by logging into the website, so I know it’s not an incorrect login information issue. This doesn’t give a very good first impression of what’s to come and, if this is an indication of what to expect from this company, I’m glad I didn’t sign up long-term!

New year…new me. Well, not really but I’d still like to see my progress for this year! I see others have requested this as well. Please update the app to allow us to see the number of camps attended for the current year. Thanks.

This app is the worst. It’s always freezing and isn’t always functional for booking camps. It use to sync with my calendar and it no longer does that. I constantly have to exit the app then go back in to book or cancel.

I have to delete then download again

I have had several issues with the app needing to be deleted off my phone and downloaded again because it will just show the blue screen. This has happened at least ten times in the last year. Pathetic. Instead of spending money on your expensive cars, you might want to put more money into fixing the app.

Could do more

I wish it kept track of your camps ONLY , it needs to stop counting child-watch usage as camps that way I have an accurate number! Also, the child watch numbers almost never match. It will say 5/15 but then you click it and it says only 2 spots available. It clearly has a glitch in there.
