I have one on my tractor and another one on my SUV and when I try to download it crashes. Wha I do is I take the memory card out and I download all the videos on my Lap top some won’t show it crashes and soddenly stops working. Just don’t waist your money. This app needs an update so bad and I would like my money back this is trash.

Bought this for my son’s car. Installed it per instructions and added a 16gig card. Cannot tell if it’s working besides flashing lights. The app only connects if you allow it access to location, notifications etc, otherwise it won’t work. Wasted a couple of hours of my time trying to get this to work. After all that the picture quality is not that great even in high definition. Looking at a car 40 feet away and it was getting blurry. Enough that I couldn’t read the license plate. Wish I could get my money back but I’ve had it too long. Do not buy dash cam if you’re looking for something with good video. Instruction manual need to have English as well. Most of the instructions are in Chinese. That did not do much good for me.

Absolutely terrible user interface can’t see menu categories and nothing saves so you cannot rely on this working when you need it

Video quality is awful, pairing to your phone takes forever, limited features. Cheap design and there’s no way this is 4K. Don’t buy.

Took over 3 months to get😏 Then did as the instructions said , downloaded the app can not get the cam to connect to my phone waste of money 😡
