Misleading compatibility info

Does NOT work on Android 6 running iOS 12.5 even though App Store says it does. Plume does NOT help, they simply tell you to talk to your ISP, and mine tells me to contact Plume. Can’t control access point now, either need to buy a new router or a new phone...which is ridiculous.

Totally useless now. Many of my devices are blocked regardless of setting. Please change it back.

Update was a step backwards

The new version crashes continuously on my Android 6. Need to keep functionality for the older iOS. How about a web-based option?

What Happened?

The new update is atrocious. Absolutely not user friendly. You can’t even do a basic task like monitor TOTAL data usage. It only shows the usage of the “top 5” devices. And to think, someone actually got paid to revamp the app…
