My package is over 3 months late and I haven't been able to get a refund because a glitch in the app and they can't even get in touch with the people they shipped with to get it to move

I think MYUS is doing a terrific job in allowing international shoppers to shop online directly from top IS stores and their purchases delivered straight to their doorsteps. I have been using MYUS since last year and so far I’m impressed with their levels of efficiency. Their shipping fees structure is very affordable, and they don’t have any hidden fees.

Update2: I have contacted your customer service 3 different ones and over what’s app. No one wants to help all I get is this is the policy you should’ve studied the account. Yes but if you want me to be a loyal customer and you want me to upgrade my membership at least try to do something. Having over 1,000,000 customer doesn’t mean you guys are doing good. Half of these customer are due to contracts you sign in different regions telling postal service that they can enjoy your service and their customers can shop in the US for you to grow you customer base and have the users under your DB.

MyUS is the worst shipping service i ever used. - Always problems with the app, no opening, crashing. - Super super expensive service, i shiped a single credit card, i mean its just a letter dude and boom they charge $20 bucks. And im not even talk about some laptops batteries. Hundred of dollars. - Customer support is horrible, very hard to contact them. - Haaa and they were attacked by a ransomware, support was always crying sorry the late responses we were attacked by a ransonmware. Babies. This talk a lot about their poor security policies.
