Typeshift for Android

I want to love this game, but the starter pack of puzzles you get with the free version is so small it's ridiculous. I was done with the whole thing in 10 mins. Why don't they just slap a price on the game and make it pay-to-play from the start?

I start my brain with TypeShift first thing in the morning. Then it’s on to the coffee! Challenging and fun! I’d recommend buying at least one game pack so that you can keep your stats.

I’ve noticed a lot of the winning combos aren’t actual entries in Merriam-webster, which ends up turning the game into slotting the letters around until the game lets it go. Pretty infuriating.

This game is fun but the daily puzzle has a weird glitch. It will wildly over report the amount of time it took to do the puzzle. Today it took me two minutes and it reported it as 175 minutes. This is irritating and discouraging. It will do this for a few days and then it will be accurate for a few days. I wrote to customer service 3-4 x asking for help and never got a reply! Why even give an email address if no one cares enough to reply to the customers?

I like this app. I even bought an upgrade pack. I made it part way through that pack. Following an OS update, my pack had disappeared. I tried restoring purchases. No joy. I restarted the app. No joy. I rebooted my Mobile. Still, no joy. I emailed CS and didn’t even get a response. I’ll revise this review, if and when I belatedly hear from the developer.
