Fine when it can connect

App sometimes takes very long to connect to cameras. Closing and reopening the app usually helps. Sometimes the cameras keep resetting non stop and I’m not able to connect to my account at all. It seems like the server is down but there is no way to check the server status and no website to visit for support. App feedback through the app doesn’t work either because it can’t connect to the server to send the feedback. I wish the company behind the product had a better online presence so you could at least know who you are dealing with and reach out when the app doesn’t work. Right now all of my cameras are effectively paper weights.

Great for the price

The app crashes and only one person can be logged in at a time.

No support, Doesnt save video to cloud when watching

Although I have been using IPC360 for over a year, purchased several outdoor cameras, and would have been generally satisfied with the value of this product, I am unable to renew cloud service through the app, and there seems to be no technical support or customer service to help. Making the cameras useless at this point. Also, video doesn’t save when you’re watching unless you save it using the record feature. Its easy to lose footage.

Playback not working properly

This used to be a great user-friendly cam with no glitches, but something changed a few months ago. Now if I slide the playback curser to the left to see what happened a few minutes ago it shows last night. The alerts don’t work. It’s now pretty much useless except for live viewing. Seriously, is there ANY cam on the market that actually works?!

Notifications?

I used to get “motion detected” notifications but it’s not working anymore. I know how to set up the notification settings but nothing works 🤷🏻‍♀️
