I bought the upgrades, had no cell service when I brought my phone to Germany… thought I could rely on my karta for such a situation but it didn’t even get my location and was general garbage. PURE TRASH! Avoid.

Just downloaded the app along with state maps for AZ CA NM UT NV. Typed in an address that I frequently go to, and….. can’t find address. Tried multiple addresses in my town and can’t find any of them. I entered a few random addresses in Phoenix, about 10 miles away and it did find them but could not find my dad’s address in CA. My neighborhood and surrounding areas are 20+ years old so no new streets or numbers. Tried to use the support link on App Store page but it just takes you too a website telling you about the company. So far not impressed. P.S. if you don’t buy the ad free version, you have to clear a full page Google as before you can navigate.
