Error every time I try to join

So a normal 9 year old can’t play! I tried to connect to splat wars for a long time even years ago it did not work. Every time I try it say Error could not connect. It’s frustrating when it does not connect.

It didn’t let me play.

So when I downloaded the app I thought it was gonna be really fun, I was wrong. I haven’t even gotten to play it. So I try to press the play button and I also tried to join a random server but all that pops up is “error loading server” and I swear, I’ve re-downloaded this app probably 4 times, it’s always the same issue. Can someone help?
