Finally looks dead

I believe the Plumb servers have finally died! The switches are now only a glorified dumb dimmer switch that lights up. What a shame as it was a great product!

Server offline

Server is off line and no longer works with app or connects to Plum server needed to work with Amazon Alda and Google home. Email server for support not active. Account on website looks to be removed and tried to read but still doesn’t all for any login. Product no longer works beyond a simple light switch with color led that can no longer be configured. So sad … loved this product… now have just dumb expensive light switches :(

Out of business

Their app syncs to a web server which is offline. Which means there is no way to configure the light pad anymore since you cannot log into the web server. Very bad design.

Waste of Money

I put in 12 plumb switches in my house. I’ve removed most of them because they continue to malfunction. The few I left in place were working, on timers and connected to Google Home. Now they are all messed up and won’t work. Look for a different brand. I wish they worked. In concept they are such a great idea but they’ve been nothing but trouble. And the app does not resolve any of the programming issues.
