My Singtel app for Android

This app is a joke. How did it get 4.1 stars?

- Chat has stopped working - Bill PDF won’t load anymore - Random extra charges aka “a promo expired” - Random roaming charges with roaming fully disabled - Cannot change or cancel my plan via the app and as I’ve mentioned the chat is broken - No notifications that a supposed “promo” has expired and they’ll start charging your for stupid items like Called ID, Voice Mail, AutoRoam etc - Not possible to pay a bill with Google Pay but only via some semi-broken payment service

The login experience is most bewildering with one pass needed for something’s and having to connect to a Singtel network for others. I was regularly using the app to sync step data, but for the last 2 weeks (and even after updating and even reinstalling the app) step up doesn’t sync saying not connected to Singtel network when I very much am Not sure if the developers even read the feedback, but posting if they do.

Bullying us to waste precious data on an unnecessary update

updated today 17 Apr 2020 and now app doesn't even open.
