Problem with Sonicare

my smart Sonicare brush makes a very loud noise when turned on. The brush head wobbles and doesn’t brush as well anymore. This is happening after exactly 1 year of use.

Recent update / patches have been awful. App doesn’t load and can’t use the app while brushing. Not what I would expect from Sonicare.

App issues

I’m constantly having to open and close this app multiple times for it even to open on my phone. It is very frustrating!! I like the features but it shouldn’t be this hard to open.

Overall good app. One issue

Manage brush orders button goes to Alexa app and then fails to proceed.

Can’t login

One time code emails do not actually arrive within five minutes so you can’t use them. Attempted signing in with Google ID and it seems to create the account but then when logging in with that account, it gives you a window that says this should close automatically after successfully logging in, but the only button you can actually click is cancel which takes you back to the login screen. I’ll try again in a few days but initial impressions are I got ripped off.
