Lousy!!!

NEITHER this app nor the company website works. The app asks for an email address and to create a password to join. Then says my standard gmail.com address is not accepted for the program. When I try to create an account on the website with my account number (copied & rechecked from the bill) and other ID info, the website just hangs up. Like all things Duke Energy, lousy customer care. At least they can get the bill out on time.

Not a Duke App

Just called Duke customer service for help logging into this but the rep said Duke doesn’t have an app. So I don’t know what this is but my login for Duke doesn’t work and the rep claims they have no app.

Great employee engagement tool

This is a great Duke Energy employee app that is useful to learn about informative, current DE content. A great complement to the DE Portal and social media feeds.
