KViewCam for Android

Have used for several years. Was good until this year. It still recorded and I was able to see if the giant lizard in my garage used to window to leave. But that was months ago. I moved camera to the patio bat. Worked 3x to record motion. Now it just tries to connect and then immediately goes offline. It’s niw a piece of crap. Except maybe as a dummy camera to scare off potential house breaker. I give up and am headed to Brandsmart for a cheap but good replacement.

It’s clear to me zero software updates are the developers focus. This app worked great when I first purchased. With the ongoing upgrades by Google it appears that Kguard has fallen short on fixing their software. I have issues now with cameras staying connected to my phone. In addition the app will lose connection when I leave my homes WiFi. This makes this app and hardware useless. What’s the point of having if I can’t check when traveling?? The kguard company has lost my confidence for lack of software development.

Following all instructions and I am still not getting the results - the connect to WiFi screen literally keeps showing me the same image and won’t actually search my networks - I’ve deleted the app - restarted my phone and tried everything I could with no avail . Seems outdated and faulty

Don’t buy cameras I bought 7 cameras and 2 only work tried to contact company several time won’t contact me back. I have left messages still nothing complete waste of money and time with this company and the 2 that do work connect to China or some place in a different country sometimes. Don’t buy!

Just bought this camera. It connects to my wifi just fine. And so far the app is working, I can record and take pictures.
