Nice app

Using more of 3 years, its work perfectly, now i instaled dor alarm switches, i sugest to add option in notification to change sound type. Other options are ok.

Cannot type in SSID name

This app is complete garbage for me. I can’t type in the SSID to pair a device on Android or iOS. The place to type is disabled. I have no idea how people are pairing this device. It’s infuriating. Company doesn’t even have a video showing how to setup and pair.

App is the worst I have ever used

I have never faced this many issues with an app before. I have used sonoff devices before, the devices themselves are okay. But this app is worthless. I got quite a few for my new house and am stuck for the last 3 hours trying to pair. The app doesn’t even select the router wifi ssid. I disabled 5ghz completely but still the app’s SSID field doesn’t get populated when I change or reselect in my Android settings. Hopefully the developer responds as the return period is over and I have bought quite a few of these.

Problem with switches from app

New version won’t let you turn all switches on. Turn one on and turn the next one on and it turns the previous one off.
