Bluecrew for Android

Bluecrew has the worst possible customer support ever!!! I literally think they would be better off if they didn’t actually have a customer support because it would actually help you out more. They respond days after you ask a question and when or if they respond it literally has nothing to do with what was asked. Worst customer support ever!!!

App was cool until they started making you have a vaccine just to work

They won’t pay you on time. They won’t respond to emails. There is not a single phone number to reach out to them and speak to anyone directly. All they use is the same old question/response for whatever you ask them. Please do not waste your time using this app. It will make you hate the gig you signed up for even if you like working there. I literally just received back pay TWO MONTHS after my assignment ended. DO NOT WORK FOR BLUE CREW. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Worst app ever. I worked one day for this app and still haven’t got my payment! Do not use this app, it is a scam!

So for the 4th time now, I have yet to receive any actual help without your support teams response being the end of the conversation. How do you expect to resolve any problems whatsoever if the endgame every single time is oh we responded so problem solved conversation over… NO. That’s not how it works, I’ve reached out 4 freaking times now just to have a very small part of my problem answered and the conversation ended to where I can no longer reply or voice any kind of response to the issue at hand. That’s is absolute bull and very frustrating as someone who used to like this app. Now, due to your own self negligence you’re losing what could’ve been an extremely strong asset to your work force. In fact you probably don’t even care what my problem is at this point considering all you’ve done so far is read me rant on about how irritated and frustrated I am. Yet here it is, it took me 3 replies to learn, (of my own accord) that if you change your address in the Bluecrew app that you will lose any job that’s not within 60 miles of your address. That means that even if you prepared for a job that you were looking forward to for over a month, a job that you could see yourself finding a career in, a job that’s an absolute perfect fit for you and what you really needed in life, will be removed from your account even if you accidentally changed your address to see if you could accept a job for a day or two while you were outta town. And the process for getting that job back is there is no process. Apparently Bluecrew support is unwilling to admit any fault of their own and give me my job back or walk me through the process of attaining the job back on my own. All they’re willing to do is give me a lazy response to the topic in question and then mark this conversation as complete so that they no longer have to deal with it anymore.
