For whatever reason, it's more convenient to access books on this app rather than logon to the website, I enjoy being able to access my bookshelf offline
While trying to study for a final exam, the software was sluggish to the point of being unusable. Every time I tried to scroll down, I would have to wait 5 seconds for the page to load. (Why should it take any time at all to load the following 2 inches of text? ) I appreciate the ability to scroll down through all the pages of a section rather than needing to flip one page at a time like in other apps. However, if it means your software needs to spend 5 seconds loading every slight change in position on the section, then I would rather flip one page at a time. Note: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but that did not help at all. I am using a pretty old Android, but it's still rocking 8gb of ram and a decent (albeit dated) processor. I only have this problem with my Wills & Trusts study aid. The other books scroll fairly well.
There isn't a day that goes by where I have to troubleshoot and try to fix a sync issue with the books. The app doesn't allow a login for Wolters Kluwer and so I'm forced to redownload the book files repeatedly.
The app works so infrequently its disappointing. I use it for school and betwwen it running slowly and some books not opening, it is easier to to get a physical book.
Supposedly the update was meant to address bugs in the software but all it did is prevent me from using it at all. It won't even download the material without crashing. Horrible. I'm unable to use this program in any capacity.
