Connection issues

This system was never great to start with but at least I was able to hook up my cameras to the point of being able to see, Nothing and I do mean absolutely nothing works inside the app, notifications, chat box even when it says I have a message, log in and nothing, there’s definitely a downward swing in the software performance, it hasn’t gotten better after over 2years! About to take the cameras all down and replace them with a New company, my advice for Everyone is to not frustrate yourself and find something better than this!
