Easy Invoice Maker App for Android

My company has used Moon Invoice for 3+ years. When it works it is a good enough system for our uses. However, there have been several occasions where an “update” caused major glitching in the system, removing tabs, forcing autofill entries and making the program miserable to try to use. When I reached out for support of these issues their inevitable response was that the next update will fix it. Then you wait either bated breath to see if the next update miraculously makes it the subpar invoicing system we sadly depend on. Often times the issue is not fixed for several updates and you waste time trying to use the product you unfortunately paid for. The last straw was an update that made all the products disappear from the invoices and purchase orders. We finally switched to Zoho Invoice and love it.

While it is pretty basic, it’s surprisingly powerful. Tracks expenses and inventory,does purchase orders and reports, and of course invoices and receivables. Seamlessly works on the Android and the Android, which is handy. Perfect for my needs. Affordable too. Had a question, and an actual human got back to me quickly, and even followed up days later. Very happy.

I think this app is so much easier to use than QuickBooks. When you send someone an estimate. It’s easy for them to make a payment on the estimate. Every time I sent an estimate in QuickBooks, I had to keep my fingers crossed and hope that the customer could get into the detailed estimate. On this app I have no problem.The customer has easy access to the Estimate details, without complications.

They are always issuing new updates and new features. The program always runs smoothly, the invoices are easy to mail. Easy to adjust and look great. Everything is highly customizable, yet simple and intuitive to use. There are a few items I’d like to see enhanced. One would be the credit system’s integration with the time sheets. It would be nice if when a client has a prepaid credit the invoice for that client or project we’re to automatically take money from the credit and make a not on the credit bill which invoices the money has been applied to. Also, I would love for clients or projects to show more about how much they are billed, and owe (or have credit) in the timed invoice area. No app does everything, but this one has been the best and most flexible in dozens of different areas. Highly recommend.
