Best invention ever

I love using Cooltra for travelling. It’s the best thing to discover new cities!

Not possible to park bike

High costs because it was not possible to park bike. Tried at least 20mins on the parking spot to return bike and only got server errors. Finally customer service (which is almost not reachable) could lock the bike remotely. Still had to pay the whole thing.

Despite providing all the additional information to the agent, my account was never opened

Major bug on iOS 15.5

Cannot use the app. In the setup dialog when one should enable notifications the „Continue“ button does nothing. Hence the app cannot be used.

Vorsicht, Toristenfalle!!!!!!!

Nach dem man sich angemeldet hat, seinen Führerschein, Ausweis, Kreditkarte fotografiert und übermittelt hat kann man einen Roller mieten, zu günstig um wahr zu sein. Nach dem man das Land verlässt ( Ortungsdienste) wird das Profil blockiert, man kann sich nicht mehr anmelden. Bin aber nach 2 tagen zurück in die Stadt und habe den Support kontaktiert, nach dem sie „versucht“ haben mir zu helfen konnte das Profil nicht freigegeben werden, angeblich technisches problem. So.. nun wenig später ist man 111 Euro ärmer, angeblich wegen falschparkens, s. andere bewertungen. Also FINGER WEG
