Waste of time

Once again a glitch occurred while I was doing a purchase, the money was discounted by the items I bought were not given, requested a refund from Google that was denied, they didn’t explained why and requested by items to be given to me by Evony, Evony being Evony said the items will be in inventory and they are not. This situation happened constantly with many people and they don’t care and the costumer service is non existent. This is a scam.

The game is interesting and the community feeling it creates brings you closer and closer to it. However, this is matched by a relentless “selling” machine from Top Games that makes you coin big time if you want to have a meaningful progress. This is all fine if the game would not literally “steal” from you! My case: after spending thousands of $$ in over a year, the game made a mistake in accounting for my “killed troops” and I lost a key element of my power 2 days before the all important ALL STARS season! I contacted Customer Support for help on what is a clear mistake and the first and only so far response I got was just wrong, clearly written by someone that not even play the game!! So, I spend Thousands of Dollars and when I have one first complaint about a clear mistake (and I have ignored so many glitches all this time), i am faced with incompetence, lack of professionalism and no empathy. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Run away, don’t be fooled about the Puzzles…this is a “money spender” game and you are treated like sh1t if anything goes wrong. No value for your money! My game id is 81755541. I am still hoping for a solution. Update: I have received two emails and two in-app ticket messages from Evony’s customer service with wrong information trying to convince me that I am wrong in the last 2 days. It has been frustrating to explain to Customer Service how their own game works. I hope developers do a better job and just return my troops back. I have been a good customer and have given you a negative rating for the lack of responsiveness and quality of service since this issue took place. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM!

The ads have almost nothing to do with the game. The game is the same old boring strategy games. The puzzles are just a very small percentage of it.
