I am currently unable to use the app, get a 'new server' error, told to log in; I cannot 'log in' for help as I have NEVER had an account with the main company. That's the only option! Posted on their Facebook page... no response. Have a monthly add-on that I can't even cancel now. I am livid!
Never heard of this company but decided to try it out. Nice clean look and once you download its got videos to get started and lots more training videos I love that you dont need parallels to run it !! The inventory is much better than other softwares I have used and there are lots of reports Give it a try Started with the free package and now I am using the business package I didnt give it 5 stars because sometimes it disconnects when my internet acts up
When I first downloaded I had my doubts, but once I read the training materials and videos, the power of this software becomes unleashed! I use it for managing my business operations. The premium package is also a great investment. This is actually easier to use than many other accounting programs on the market. Looking forward to some more upgrades to the user interface.
Repeatly crashes. How to get started presents a youtube - "video unavailable" - screen. Does not display correctly on multi terminal computers. Open panels not updated at completion of a transaction, requiring the user to refresh each open panel to see changed status. Not a double entry accounting system. At this point I gave up. Software so poorly presented it is not worth downloading.
Downloaded fine. But, when I tried to run it for the first time, I got a free space error. Apparently, there’s a bug that doesn’t recognize 2 TB of free space as being enough for the 5 MB install. Oh well…off to search for something else.
