Glucose readings seem to sync with Google Health but there is no syncing with the blood pressure readings, nor the weight. Please add Google Health syncing for weight and blood pressure readings. This should be a basic feature. I feel less prone to use the hardware and app due to the lack of Google integration, which also talks to other health apps.
Works OK standalone, but I am used to having all my health data sync’d to Google Health these days. The glucose meter is linked, so why can’t we also link the blood pressure monitor? All the data goes to the same Livongo app, so why is only the blood sugar data exported to Google Health?
There was a recent hiccup during Livongo updates where my BG / BP data did not appear on the monitor. Amazingly, by day end (same day), the data was restored on my monitor. The Livongo Support Team are the best!!! Thank you. 6/24/22
If appears that Livongo pushed a server update over the weekend and the client app says it is out of date and won’t allow access until it is updated. There is no app update available. Called support and was told nothing could be done over the weekend and someone would look at it during normal business hours. Of course, with a federal holiday, that means three days, at least. Totally not acceptable for a critical health app.
Needs ability to be able to delete a reading, especially if it’s an outlier.
